Planning is one of the most important parts of running a business. Knowing how to construct basic forecasts and projections is a key part of any business planning.
Forecasting can sometimes seem like a ‘black art’. This course looks at the different TOOLS and TECHNIQUES one can adopt to produce a forecast, as well as useful hints and tips around how to ‘sell’ your forecasts within your organisation. Remember it’s probably not a good forecast if no one believes it!
You will then take part in a short quiz to help land these principals.
In a career spanning over two decades within the UK brewing industry Chris held a series of senior management positions including Director of Market & Customer Insight, Research & Planning Director and Head of Market Analysis. He also chaired the British Beer & Pub Association Statistics Panel for over 10 years.
In 2012 he set-up his own Company and has successfully been providing strategic insight and business analysis to a range of clients from start-up and sole traders, through to national and global businesses.
Specialist areas include Strategic & Business Analysis, Marketing Planning, Category Management and Value Chain Analysis.
He also writes on a regular basis for a number of trade publications covering the hospitality industry.
