Insider's Guide to Forecasting

Understanding forecasting & basics techniques

Planning is one of the most important parts of running a business. Knowing how to construct basic forecasts and projections is a key part of any business planning.

Forecasting can sometimes seem like a ‘black art’. This course looks at the different TOOLS and TECHNIQUES one can adopt to produce a forecast, as well as useful hints and tips around how to ‘sell’ your forecasts within your organisation. Remember it’s probably not a good forecast if no one believes it!

You will then take part in a short quiz to help land these principals.
