Insider's Guide to the Value Chain

How to understand the relationship between Costs, Prices & Profit

Planning is one of the most important parts of running a business. Understanding the relationship between Costs, Prices and Profit is a key part of any business planning.

This course provides a framework which illustrates the relationship between COSTS, PRICES & PROFIT so that you can better understand how these key elements fit together and interact. You will then be able to gain a greater appreciation of how they can influence the profitability of any organisation.

You will then be taken through some examples using these methods after which you will take part in a short quiz to help land these principals.
