This workshop outlines the role of analysis within a business, why it’s important and some useful core techniques. It will show you how to carry out a robust SWOT Analysis, a technique that is often not fully understood.
You will then take part in a short quiz to help land these principals.
In a career spanning over two decades within the UK brewing industry Chris held a series of senior management positions including Director of Market & Customer Insight, Research & Planning Director and Head of Market Analysis. He also chaired the British Beer & Pub Association Statistics Panel for over 10 years.
In 2012 he set-up his own Company and has successfully been providing strategic insight and business analysis to a range of clients from start-up and sole traders, through to national and global businesses.
Specialist areas include Strategic & Business Analysis, Marketing Planning, Category Management and Value Chain Analysis.
He also writes on a regular basis for a number of trade publications covering the hospitality industry.
